Need4Skills have 3 Recruitment Models to choose from:

Recruitment from the Philippines, Recruitment from the Gulf Countries, and Recruitment from within New Zealand:  Direct permanent hire and, short-term ‘temp’ staffing solutions
We offer ‘end to end’ recruitment services from market and labour tests, applicant sourcing, applicant verification, Immigration New Zealand work visa applications, mandatory Philippine exit passes, and more.  We simply liaise with you in regards to paperwork requirements.
We adhere to the New Zealand Labour Law, New Zealand Immigration Law as well as, the Philippine Law.
As an employer who wishes to recruit Filipinos, you can be as heavily involved in the whole process as you want to be or, we simply sort everything out and arrange your worker’s first day at work!
Employers must know that Filipino recruitment with emigration does not happen overnight.  There is a process and time frame to follow so we strongly encourage a lead time of  2-4 months.  There are 2 government bodies that we need to satisfy:  Immigration New Zealand and Philippine Overseas Employment Agency.
